Rupshi Feed Mills Limited commenced operations in 2004 and recently underwent a significant upgrade in 2022, boasting a staggering total production of 111 tph across nine production lines, culminating in an annual production of 720,000 tons. This state-of-the-art feed mill ensures a consistent quality of a full range of poultry, fish, and cattle feeds, processing carefully selected raw materials in a modern and controlled environment.

Our advanced post-grinding system includes three dedicated grinding and mixing lines: one for cattle feed and two for poultry feed. The 40 tons-per-hour cattle feed line integrates the Van Aarsen GD1400 Hammer Mill with an existing unit, optimizing throughput. The poultry feed setup features two lines: one with a 30 tons-per-hour capacity equipped with a GD1400 Hammer Mill and Roller Mill for adjustable particle sizing, and a second line utilizing existing equipment with a capacity of 20 tons per hour.
All three feed lines incorporate two 8,000-liter MultiMix Single Shaft Paddle Mixers, ensuring consistent, high-quality mixtures. For precision in adding smaller ingredients, three micro-dosing systems are in place, supported by additive bins above the mixers. Cattle feed production includes the addition of molasses for enhanced nutrition and taste, while the poultry lines are designed to produce mash feed, which is directly transferred to storage silos.
The mixed feed moves to six pelleting lines, where dosing screws manage product flow based on demand. Conditioned with six steam mixers and long-term vessels, the feed is then pelletized using either two new Van Aarsen CU900 Dynamic Pellet Mills (20 tons per hour each) or four existing mills (10 tons per hour each). After pelletization, a Counterflow Cooler reduces the pellets to ambient temperature before sieving removes dust, which is recycled. The final product is then conveyed to silos and prepared for packaging in bags of 25, 40, or 50 kg.
